Homework

Math fact fluency and reading out loud for at least 20 minutes 

 

Spelling

Your child received new spelling words Monday.  You can find them written in their agenda. Our next spelling test is this Friday.

 

Science Camp

Science camp is quickly approaching. If you haven’t done so already, please let me know if you are planning on having your student come to school those days (so that I can prepare some fun and exciting tasks for them) of if you plan on having them stay home for the three days.

 

Spring Pictures

This Wednesday is our Spring Picture day.  All students will have their individual picture taken that day and we will also take a class picture that day.

 

Valentine’s Day

Our class will take some time to pass out Valentines next Friday, February 14.  I will give all students a paper bag to collect their valentines in or you may send in a container from home.  Students do not have to participate. However, if you would like to bring in Valentines please be sure that you bring one in for all students in our class.  Please remember our school rules still apply and candy is not allowed.  You are welcome to send in other fun things like pencils, erasers, stickers, or other small toy items.  Please do not send in food items for your child to pass out.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
